Dr. Jeff Rumney - CEO

Jeff Rumney's professional background is in Science and Agriculture- having received a Ph.D. in Plant Genetics from UW-Madison. Dr. Rumney was a Research Manager for 8 years for Pioneer Hi-Bred Inc. prior to joining e:Design.

At e:Design, Jeff’s key role is business development and customer service. Jeff has the ability to listen to the clients and quickly understand, organize and synthesize complex ideas and projects. His attention to details and focus on issues at hand is key to completing projects on time and correctly.

Sandra Rumney - Creative Director

Sandra Rumney is the lead graphic designer. Sandra Rumney received formal training in Graphic Design at Montana State University. She has been working within the industry for more than 20 years, starting out “on the boards” before the age of computers. Prior to starting e:Design in 1995, Sandra worked for a large design agency in Madison, Wisconsin - designing for clients like Trek Bicycle, Promega Corporation, Johnson Wax, GE Medical, ShopKo and many other large clients.

At e:Design, Sandra’s major role is the design and production of all printed materials. Her creative ability, sense of balance and color, her knowledge of the printing process and ability to understand the needs of the clients makes Sandra the driving force behind the company. Sandra’s commitment to quality, for both design and project management, assures the needs of the client are continually met.

Eric Guerin - Chief Web Architect

Eric Guerin is our lead web applications and database designer. He’s been developing web sites for the last 12 years. He started his career in web development at AtreNet developing web sites for clients such as Mercury and New Moon Software. Over the last several years he’s found an ever growing use for databases on the web and is heavily involved in creating online database solutions for e:Design's unique clientèle.

Eric's passion for the web has fostered an interest in standards-based web design including CSS layouts, and well-formed XHTML compliant web sites.

Suzanne Mendrin - Project Manager

Suzanne serves as the office manager and project manager for e:Design, assuring that the day to day activities run smoothly and are focused on the most important tasks. Suzanne is an incredible editor and no project can leave the studio until Suzanne gives it her approval. She is currently attending Fresno City College, earning a degree in Graphic Communications.

Juan Lucero - Web Architect

Juan Lucero began his work on the web at Fresno State where he served as the assistant Web Manager for more than four years. During his time at Fresno State, he worked with key university web sites including the University Journal, Class Schedule, and the university Home and top pages. Juan has since worked extensively with small business and non-profit agencies in getting their message across to their users online. He shares Eric's passions for standards-based web design including CSS layouts, and well-formed XHTML compliant web sites.

Lynn Baker - Graphic Design

Lynn Baker started her graphic design career at a small print shop, where she was in charge of the pre-press department. She then went to work for The Fresno Business Journal, eventually becoming the Senior Graphic Artist. Having become a specialist in production work, Lynn is now with e:Design where she expands her knowledge of graphic techniques.

Her educational experience includes courses in fine arts at Cuesta College in San Luis Obispo and graphic communications at Fresno City College.
