SEATS is a powerful tool developed specifically for Magnet school administrators. SEATS takes away the tedium and errors that are commonly associated with the Magnet school enrollment and lottery process.

SEATS offers many exciting features, including:

• Parents, guardians, and students can come to your personalized SEATS web site and fill out the Magnet enrollment application from the comfort of their own home. The enrollment application is secure and customizable.
• SEATS makes it faster and easier to look up student applications and sort students into identifiable categories. Using SEATS, you can quickly locate students by school, application status, student ID, grade level, and more.
• Easy application form makes it easy for administrators to enter student information from paper applications into the computer system. SEATS makes it easy to look up a students information and change only the information that needs to be changed.
• SEATS has a built-in duplicate checker. The duplicate checker runs and picks out all duplicate applications so that you can quickly choose the most up to date application and get rid of the duplicates.
• SEATS has a built in lottery system ! The lottery has never been as simple or secure. Just click a button and watch as all of the seats are filled according to board policy and federal guidelines. You can adjust each schools number of seats by grade level.
• SEATS keeps a paper trail or all changes to the system. Everytime information is changed, removed, or added, the system will record who made the changes. This helps ensure that the Magnet school lottery process is fair.
• SEATS has permissions, so you can decide who has access to what!
• SEATS also has advanced reporting capabilities. Create all the reports that you need from one place! No more jumping around to Excel! Report options include To-From reports, student demographics, column ordering and sorting, assignment status, and more. All reports are updated dynamically so that all information is current.
