When the Silver Oak Land Company opened a new home development in Lemoore and then one in Clovis. e:Design created a new image for the project. This redesign included a new web site, sales literature and signage. The sales folder has a slip-pocket where location specific sheets can be inserted, thus reusing the folder for each location. Sales sheets including floor-plans and elevations are neatly held in the folder.
