E:DESIGN INC. SWEEPS THE FRESNO ADDY AWARDS

The 2007 Addy Awards banquet was held March 9, 2007 at the Radisson Conference Convention Center, in Fresno. It was a “star-studded” black and white gala presented by the Fresno Advertising Federation, benefiting the JOHN REED KING SCHOLARSHIP FUND.

With over 100 categories, the panel of nationwide judges were clearly presented with an arduous challenge- determining “who” would go home with the “Gold” Addy Awards.

The first time entrant for these prestigious awards proved successful for e:Design Inc. of Fresno, as they received the GOLD ADDY AWARD IN EVERY category as submitted. e:Design competed in the following categories:

1. Out of Home Site Interior
2. Interactive Media, Web Sites, Consumer Flash Based
3. Mixed Media, Cross Platform Consumer Local

The Advertising client was Fresno Unified School District and the title of the project is “Yokomi Elementary School, Science Campaign of Awareness.”

There were two additional “impressive” awards received by the creative designing team at e:Design, they include:

A. “the Larry Early Viewers Choice Award,” an award that was selected by the evenings attendees, noted colleagues and respected agencies of Fresno.
B. The Best of Show, provided to the agency that received the highest marks overall as critiqued by the judges.

It was an amazing feat to submit creative projects in three categories and also to receive the monumental accolades for the two additional awards. Clearly the judges and Ad Fed members were impressed with the style, design, engineering, application and presentation of the Fresno Unified School District’s, Yokomi Elementary School project submitted.

This rewarding experience would not be possible without the collective efforts from e:Design’s entire staff assisting in the Creative, Design, Engineering, Quality Control, Post/Pre Production, Copy Writing and Accounting practices of the agency.
